Hi, I’m Calie

Holding space for the hardest chapters of womanhood.

There are seasons of life that ask more of us than we ever expected, and you don't have to move through them alone. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, with a deep specialization in the experiences surrounding family building and motherhood. This includes infertility, pregnancy after loss, postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, relationship stress, and the profound identity shifts that come with becoming a mother.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based interventions, and somatic and nervous system regulation. Weaving these tools together in a way that feels personal and purposeful for each client. I believe healing happens at the intersection of practical skill-building and deeper emotional work, and I'll walk alongside you through both.

I bring a background in public health and maternal wellness into every aspect of my clinical practice. I have a particular attunement to the lived experiences of women navigating cultural expectations, relational pressures, and societal messages while trying to build or care for a family. I hold space for all of the complexity that comes with that. I am also deeply committed to supporting clients who have experienced racial trauma. The therapeutic space I create names and fully honors how systemic racism and racialized experiences shape mental health, identity, and wellbeing.

My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, genuinely understood, and gently supported toward the growth you're ready for. If you're looking for therapy that blends emotional depth, practical tools, and culturally informed care, I would be honored to be part of your journey.
